She is finished Usually I take longer than a week to complete a plush but I was really excited to see her finished, and had enough time to make it happen.

This is Zora, a beautiful vixen is the rare colour variety known as 'cross fox'. Zora has the characteristic black cross on her back, shoulders and neck, and has the additional complicated colour patterns on the rest of her body. She is made up of many more pieces than most of my plushies of this size! Especially the head was complicated haha. She is made of high quality Schulte fabrics, and black and ochre minky. The tail is especially soft and fluffy. Zora has a realistic plastic nose and beautiful golden eyes with slit pupils, just like real foxes have. The fox is not stiff, but is not floppy either: the body is softer so she can still be hugged with nicely. She's a bit more stiff than I intended because it didn't feel quite right due to all the marking seam lines I could feel when I stuffed her too lightly. I guess she could still count as 'squishy', but is stiffer than the others I label that way. She has an embroidered mouth and thread-sculpted toes. Her dark 'mask' has been painted on with Copic markers.

Zora measures 21 cm (8,3 inch) from nose to bum. She is completely handmade to my own design. The fox is not suitable for small children; she is not a toy (nor are any of my plushies for that matter).
