Well, this is a new kind of undead for Mighty Blade, the Drowned. I have decided to make use of some not-so-common race for this one - minotaurs are playabe in the system - for most of the undeads. We had orc vampires, dwarf ghouls, elven zombies... and now this.I like the colours and the result is goodf, in composition terms, I think, but it is too "clean" for a undead. I should added some bloates, open wonds and maybe some fish bites, but this all just came to my mind when the work was published. Well, its not bad, it just could be better.
Anyway, first time trying to draw a droned, so...

I'm not sure it would need a lot of open wounds but it should definitely look more bloated, since that's what dead bodies do when they are submerged in water for a while, they absorb water. Oh, and they often get partially eaten by fish and crustaceans, too.

Aye, you're right. Those "fish bites" was what I was talking about open wonds. I have tryyed to draw a more bloated version of this guy, and discovered that I have no idea of how to do that. I need to study this subject a little more. :/

It is not a common, or pleasant, thing to learn to draw. That sort of study can easily become very disturbing indeed.

I had my share of corpses when I was studying anatomy in the medical college here. Take a look in some gruesome pictures it's not something that will take my sleep at night. Furthermore, it's something I don't know how to draw, so, I think it's a good subject for research as any other. ^_^

Oh, I am not! I just have watched some medical disciplines in high school for a better knowledge about human body.
