i used some technique i was hoping would work and it turned out working pretty well. i used brown acrylic paint and watered it down as if you were going to use watercolor. you paint in sections for example his body and make sure to get in the crevices then gently wipe away so that the paint will stay inside the cracks and such but the parts that stick out more have a lighter color... hoepfully this made sense and got to you on time haha

I didn't visit Deviantart for awhile and just went on with the painting hoping for the
best. My methods were exactly the same using a tissue to wipe off the watered down
paint. Although, my sculpt did end having a darker color since I saw Groot in a different
light~ XD
