Haymitch is one of the best characters in the Hunger Games series, hands down (well, he would be THE best for me if it wasn't my undying love for Clove, Foxface and Cinna >.<)

Thanks so much! I've had some people tell me "oh he doesn't look drunk or dishevelled enough, ect" but they even say in the book that he was attractive before his games. It's sad really, how they changed him~

Meh, I rather perfer him this way. And I had a hard time imagining him attractive so this really helped. But yes, it truly is sad. The things that haunt you truly does change you forever, whether its for the better or the worse.

Well if you considered what he went through in the 50th Hunger Games ... I don't think ANYONE would have ever been right in the head. Personally I don't think I would myself. So I just sympathize with him.
