I wanted to share this to celebrate my finally unlocking the two lovely female soldiers in this intense classic run n gun.
And to celebrate the badass ladies of Contra.
Sheena Etranzi (top) and Lucia (bottom).

Contra 4 has a host of playable characters from throughout the history of the franchise.
Sheena was the first female character in Contra, debuting in Contra: Hard Corps for Sega Genesis.

Lucia is an android that first appeared in the PS2-era Contra games.

A very cool extra indeed.
