That's right. Today, veteran Muppeteer Caroll Spinney celebrates HIS EIGHTITH BIRTHDAY!!! PRetty neat, eh? Caroll's the only surviving Muppeteer still on Sesame Street since it's start and he's still with the show after over 4 decades & a half! & in that time he's still performing his 2 iconic yin-yang characters: Big Bird & Oscar the Grouch, yet still at his age, he's still able to make Big Bird rollerskate. & so, here's the ol' timer with BB & Oscar, but also with Bruno the Trashman (Oscar's chaufer), BB's Granny Bird & Picklepus & Pops (2 original characters he made before he joined Sesame).

As you can probably tell, this is a VERY old picture. I drew this back before I even became a deviant. I don't know why but the scanner I have somehow brightens the colors up too much. That's why some colors may look to colorful than it should be. Also, this was when I was still learning on getting my own style for the Muppets & humans (in general). Looking back, BB & Oscar look like how jbwarner86 drew them in his Muppetmaster pic. fav.me/d1335hq (in fact, that was my biggest reference point in drawing Muppets when I first started) But hey, I had this lying around & didn't want it to go to waste or re-draw it, so there.
