I didn't think the clock tower from Around the Corner, needed any decorations. Seems like there'd be a line depending on how much a town would be willing to decorate their street. Not in a lazy way, but I think for a structure that big, it can get a pass. It's not like too much of the subway's entrance was overdone anyway (like if the glittery ribbons were over the glass/door instead of under the lights).
