Name:Anouki
Debut: Phantom Hourglass
Notable Members: Aroo, The Chief
Bio:The Anouki seem to be an amalgamation of polarbears, penguins, reindeers and seals (all creatures that dwell in cold weather). The Anouki themselves however, do not seem indiginous to the Isle of Frost where they dwell due to them doning thick furs. The fact that they have flippers webbed feet and fan like tails suggests that they may have come from water or are able to swim.
They are a relatively peacful race but are sworn enemies with the Yook-Yeti like beings that they share their island with. A peace agreement 100 years ago has left the Anouki with the west side of the island and the Yook with the East. Unfortunately the prescious metal Azurine that Link needs to forge the phantom sword is on the Yook side of the island. Link ventures to this area once he has discovered a Yook impersonating the Anouki Aroo.
