I've never caught a Feebas in any of the games before I found one in Sapphire a little while back (actually I caught at least a dozen), and now it's evolved into a Milotic.

Milotic and Feebas are definately one of my favorite Pokemon. I just love how such an underrated Pokemon like Feebas can evolve into some thing that is not only gorgeous, but also strong like Milotic. My friend traded a Milotic over to me in White. Then I bred that Milotic with a Ditto to get a female Feebas who I named Fionna. When White 2 came out, I traded Fionna from White to White 2 holding a prism scale and watched it evolve.

Milotic is one of my all time favorite Pokemon. I caught my original Feebas the hard way: Three months of Surfing and fishing, tile by tile, on Route 119 in Emerald. Now my Megumi is one of the best Pokemon I've ever raised.

That's how I found mine too, when I was younger and got Sapphire when it first came out, I think I tried every fishing rod in every square in that river the PokeDex says you find them in. Never did find one til I got a new Sapphire a few months ago when I lot my old one a year after having it. Searched the whole place again just to find the one tile a friend told me he found his at.

As far as I know, only one Rod gets them. The tile(s) of water in which you find Feebas change depending on the Trendy Phrase as well. At least that's what I remember happening. I could be wrong.
