This is just a little comic where Powerglide introduces Skyfire to his buddies. They're hubbies. So far most of the other Autobots seem chill about their bestie getting with the Decepticon's 2nd in command's ex, not all of them though.. Cosmos isn't quite sure what to think upon learning one of his planetary scientist idols was actually the Decepticon's top scientist!
Poor Tracks wanted to go to the party, even if it's just a bunch of former Decepticons hanging out. He just wants to be in the know and exclusive parties is the kind of thing he's all about! Maybe next time, Tracks.
