I would bet money that this becomes the most popular fake I've made since early November since it's a dog.Pictog is electric/fighting. They have a special fighting style that revolves around flipping and kicking with all four legs. Seasoned masters teach their techniques to younger members of the pack (both other Pictog and the preevo, Marfox). By building up static electricity in their muscles, they can make their hits even stronger.

Hm... you may be correct.
My only issue is that in it's design it seems to have all the default symbols/elements of it's typing. The electric coloring and patterning, and then the fighting type bandages. I mean it all works together, but If possible, I might suggest searching for different motifs if you want this to go from passible to really truly awesome.
Again, your sprites are only improving, and the patterning, I can tell, was done very carefully, but the execution of the concept as a whole just seems kinda weak, perhaps because you said the concept hasn't even been fully realized.

Anyway, I wanna start giving super long comments on each of your sprites. So if you don't mind, I'm going to start now:
I love this design. I figured it was and electric type based off the patterns, so that's a good job on your part. You should be able to tell what type the pokemon is depending on how they are designed. Poor designs
Now for constructive criticism. The yellow is a very ugly color. I might, if i were you, raise the saturation a wee bit. Also, possibly strengthen the contrast between the two shades of yellow so we can see that it is shaded. At first i thought it wasn't. Other than that, I think this is a good sprite.
It's not my favorite from the past two weeks, though. ^_^

I really like the colors on this guy.
(Also, my faves last two weeks are probably Bongsai and Camelostar.)
