The photo is quite nice and the contrast between the t-shirt and the background is used correctly. The flowers help each of them as well.
And the cadrage is good with a simple shot.
The problem is the shadow on the face. I want to see the eyes' power, however the light takes me to t-shirt. Eyes cannot give the personality or a clue about her emotional condition.

i think she is very cute and i almost love everything about this picture,
but i would like to see her bring life to the photo by smiling.

really stand out.
but im not gonna lie...
i think that the model is sort of washedout looking.
she's very pretty,
and her pose is great...
but her facial expression really brings the picture down.
