For some reason, the colored version of this made me feel a bit...'dirty'? (dunno how to explain this feeling)So to make myself feel better (lol) I took the original paper and started adding in more detail to make it more like the manga, and this is the result

Note: Don't say it's the Nazi Swastika because it isn't.
It's the Japanese Kanji character for "Ban" (as in Bankai; 卍解; Final Release),
also called Manji which is a religious symbol that represents peace, harmony, and balance of opposites.
(this symbol's been with us since the time Ichigo first used his Bankai, I don't know why people are making such a fuss about it now -__-)

I'm not sure I could explain either your feeling, but I checked your link, and I somehow felt it. There is a problem with your colored version, for sure.

I actually really like this piece. It's kubo's manga style-ish but it still has your flare to it.

The funny thing is that the Nazis took the original hindu symbol of the "swastika" which sybolized life and reversed the symbol.

nice, but i think kubo dosnt know that that symbol looks a bit like the Nazi symbol he uses it on ichigo's bankai zangetsu (the handle) lol

It probably obvious that he does. He may not be German but every educated person knows about WW2, and he can't exactly ignore the fact that hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed in '45.

I couldn't agree with you more! I did an art project for my Design Class, and I used a picture of Ichigo in his bankai mode from the Decide chapters, and my art teacher was bagging on me, saying that I was drawing a swastika! I told it wasn't, and that I didn't know what it was.
But, thats in the past, and it's good to know that I was right!
