I'm 99% certain that I have developed an intolerance to Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Pop-Tarts (Other Pop-Tart flavors are fine, which is weird...)
Anyways, this is something that happened back in college I noticed that I was feeling bloated in the mornings and it took me a while to figure out that it was because of my stomach (not my uterus). I thought maybe it was because I tend to eat my breakfast in a rush, so one morning, I ate my Pop-Tarts very carefully. I actually sat down in a chair, took small bites, chewed each bite 20 times, and swallowed.
LORD HAVE MERCY... It felt like a coke-and-mentos explosion in my stomach And all that trapped gas made me a noisy classmate for those sitting next to me. Twisting the knife even more; I don't know how to make myself burp I would very happily belt out a huge burp if it meant I wouldn't be sitting in my seat, feeling like a balloon until lunch time. Literally, my stomach would not settle down until I ate lunch. I think having more food in my stomach helped force the gas up, so for about 20 minutes after lunch, I'd be burping up all the gas from that morning.
For the first month or so, I had a choice to make... Go hungry or be bloated.
(Thankfully, later on, the store I shopped at sold Strawberry Pop-Tarts in bulk, which didn't give me a coke-and-mentos bloat.)

Anyone else with a food allergy/intolerance find this relatable???
