Snow in the middle of July?! ...Not exactly the season for this, but I enjoyed drawing it anyway.
Within the past month or two I've been really into drawing characters from my first story, which I have yet to finish. Daragona (the wolf) is Cassandra 's mother figure.

Great piece, though I would personally try to bring out the wolf some more by adding either more contrast or diffusing the background a bit, or blurring or... different ways to the same outcome

I love all the details in this. The sideways blowing snow, the track prints in it on the ground and the little Cassandra hanging on to the fur... seriously this is just epic and beautiful.
Daragona reminds me a bit of the Marvel version of the god Fenris.
