Riiki took a loooooooooooonnng time to get time. Plus, I had to figure out a LOT of the shading. But, here he is! He's just so cute!Riiki is the Pre-evolution of Raikou that I came up with. It's part of Sub-Project Legendaries for TWOPM.

This one's notes didn't survive time. I think I was going for a chibi nickname based feel, but I forgot what exactly I may have derived it from. I suck. As for evolution, this one was some convoluted trick that I hated so much that I now no longer remember.... Possibly location based.
