In the states if you want bacon or sausage you go to the store and buy some. There are a couple choices usually and it’s all kind of soulless. Here it’s the same way, you can go to the store to get these things but they suck, around here people makes their own sausage and bacon. All through the winter you can see sausages hanging next to clothes drying out in the cold weather and old metal barrels on the streets with smoke billowing out of them where bacon is smoking away. Every family does it different here, got just about every kind of sausage you could think up. Rice, carrots, guts, pineapple, spicy, and even some that make your mouth numb just to smell it.
