Description
Nico Robin and Crocodile from the anime One Piece. Drawn on request forAlthough I like how Robin turned out, I can't say the same for Crocodile. It was the first time drawing him so i was having some issues. I don't like how it turned out. Oh well, hope you all like it anyways.
Drawn in pencil and inked in gel pen.

Hey, your first times are waaay better than mine. At least when you do it, it actually looks like them. When I draw a character for the first time, I have trouble recognizing them!

It's true that they're only partners, but I ever think that they are a perfect couple, for my taste, of course^^.

first thing I thought of when I saw this... seriously, the dub has had that heavy an effect on me. wonderous line work, wish I could ink half as good as that, I don't have enough synonyms for good that can match up with this.

Wow...VERY good! I've never been much one for pairings, but this is at least one of the more plausible ones! And the way they're positioned tells a bit of story...yes, I really like this pic!

You're like.. inhuman. How do you come up with these awesome pics so fast?? The detail, the pose, just the whole flippen picture. Your linework is nothing short of incredible.
Yeah, Croc is suppposed to look like that. I guess most people are used to the smaller, wiry guys like Luffy and Sanji, but Oda's villains tend to be broad-shouldered yet lean at the same time. You captured him perfect. And Robin! Dare I say she even looks better? (The sly, 'seductive' look really adds that extra punch.) There aren't really any "couples" in One Piece, but hey they were "partners".

And yes they came out almost exactly Oda style, but as the above poster said, with your own unique touch. (Btw, that isn't bad, it's kind of like your special "artist's stamp".) I can't believe you've never tried drawing Croc before, you really nailed it. I'm super excited for the Frobin!
