Sorry for the delay guys..
I had some problems in RL so couldn't finish arts, and.. I'm still sick. D:I don't really like this one. xP but meh. Couldn't get it much better, also since Im not feeling too well. One more to go, Espeon to go.

Actually, I only use flash to draw and color. Whenever I've done that I copy the picture and open it in the GIMP. I shade it with the GIMP.
