It was the episode where Tom's owner's daughter wants to play house. And Tom is the victim to be the baby. Once Jerry and the ally cats see. There is nonstop trouble and laughter!
Here, Envy is the criminal mastermind, yet again. This pacifier was made to cause trouble like this. So he thought to change the infamous Crimson Alchemist into a harmless little baby. Sadly Greed and Archer start fighting about who can take care of him (to raise him and such, for their own world dominating wants). So Martel, being the smart one, takes it upon herself to take care of him until they find out how to get him back to normal.
