Woa this looks absolutely amazing! I really love the water brushes and the water goes super well with the dress! I think you really did some amazing work with how you added the splashes, that they - for example - sometimes go over the hands or between the finger and thumb! It creates a very natural feeling!
The only minor critique (AKA me nitpicking) I have is the light source of the water. Β Since the model has a lightsource coming (from our view) from the top right corner the water there should be shining from that direction, as well. (Meaning the water in the top right corner Β should be shining a bit more compared to the water which comes from the other sides). But again, this is only a very minor thing I noticed after a few more looks on your super amazing deviation!
Again I think you did a fantastic job again, I really love how creative your pictures are! I can't wait to see more! >u<

It's been a while since I've had a dose of nitpicking and was starting to miss it 
I was too busy aligning the slashes that I didn't notice the light direction till you mentioned it. Will definitely considered it next time

I like the nitpicking cause they have helped tremendously, and it's more informative than the generic responses of "good work" or "lovely". Not that the generic answers are wrong but it's hard to know if there's any difference or improvement on the art.

Well I see it like this: Critique means there are flaws in certain steps of your art style. Because some of your artworks are absolutely stunning and IMO flawless while there are others where I had to nitpick. Same with other uploads and my uploads, we will always have artworks/steps where people say it's very good and others where people will find flaws! But what's important is to learn from those mistake, take the advices and to turn them to your favour! >u<
