Finally managed to get a decent digital image of this piece - the struggle has been real. Created using copic markers, tea, coffee, white gel pen and an ink print from a chrysanthemum flower. This piece was made as a companion to my previous work, 'Champignon' . Symbolism is carefully woven, but free to interpretation.Artwork (c) awaicu

wonderful work making it look almost translucent with the white ink outlines makes it look very mystical, the horns are fantastic as well hehe I am a big fan of hornsΒ Β

Haha, thanks! I guess my work has been changing a bit since I keep finding new inspirations and trying to incorporate them into art. It's been fun trying my hand at more detailed pieces and spending more time on each one so I really get the chance to think about everything I'm putting into it. Of course the creature design and symbolism has always been my favorite part c:
