well i can help u to some extent.that dock is,object dock plus,u can download it from [link] and the skin i am using is from this pack [link] yea i will recommend u object dock,it is much better than rocket dock,since i m using OD,it is awesome.
those separators in taskbar,is part of theme,it is so,in theme,u can install this theme from [link] but how ever there are some separators made for windows7 taskbar too,u can get them from [link]
