Went back on putting up more of my idea for the Straw Hat Marine membership featuring individuals that I figured a rising in rank Marine Luffy would recruit to his own forces either during the last part of the first half of One Piece, or during the interlude that would lead to the second half. I'll update this with Part 2 characters with greater details to boot once I know who could fit in the Marines under Luffy's command.
