Again, much improved! You've drawn the eye to the face just by focusing your darkest darks around that area. Ordinarily, the eye is drawn to the lighter areas (I forget how the silly saying used to go: "White's procede, Blacks recede," or something like that...). Anyway, your largest concentration of "light" is actually the base of the dress, yet by making such a strong contrast around the face, you force the viewer to end up there, but only after the vertical quality of your lines draws the eye up and down the entire piece. You could still probably push the dark area behind her a bit more, or in the recesses of the hair & fabric folds, but you don't want to compete with the collar area too much. Hooray!
Just let me know if/when these silly little critiques of mine start to get on your nerves - lol!
