Description i stumbled across these gorgeous promotional pictures for ep. 13 "What Happened to Fredrick?" from the TV show Once Upon A Time and knew I had to create a wallpaper from them! I'm so excited for this episode. Apparently Snow White is also the Swan Princess...?? But something isn't quite right. I couldn't place it.
I wish it was episode 13 NOW!!!!!
omgosh! i melt into little puddles of romantic goo every time Snow White & Prince Charming find each other...again.

Not fair! You spoiled the surprise of the Swan Princess, and left me with longing for two weeks to pass quicker instead of just one week. Is it a crime to say that I think Odette is a little prettier than Snow White, even though they're the same actress?

Yeah I kinda realized late last night that these pictures constituted as spoilers and I forgot everyone isn't as keen on spoilers as I am. Sorries.
Anyways, I'm not sure if this is really Snow White or not. There were also pictures of a blonde chick in this same get up and in the water and with Prince Charming - so I'm not sure if the blonde turns into Snow White or Snow White turns into the blonde chick. The blonde isn't Katharine/Abigail because I studied her face extra hard to make sure it wasn't, but there's something pretty trippy about this whole scene. So I was wondering if it isn't some kinda of trick like the same one they played on Prince Derick? Also another question - if this is the first time Snow meets Charming after drinking the potion, how does she get her memories back?? but I'm so pumped!!!! Also, I think (and I might be wrong) if I read something correctly, they're introducing Belle in ep. 12!!!

Well, Frederick is the name of, or one of the names of, Odette's "Prince Charming", the most famous one being Siegfried from the original ballet. Odette is usually blonde. They could be doing this episode w/ Snow White as "Odette" to quasi-illustrate the idea of past lives and soul mates, i.e. two souls that find each other again and again over countless lifetimes no matter who they are or what obstacles are in their way. I've known about the Belle thing for a while (One of my friends has already paired her with Mr. Gold in their OUAT fan fiction.), but since no pictures have been leaked here yet, we cannot say for sure. (Wikipedia's not the most reliable source, and that's where most of us have seen the Beauty - Rumpelstiltskin connection from. I'll just have to wait and see.)

Ah, I see - I'm quite ignorant as to the details of the Swan Princess. I've only seen the cartoon so I'm VERY ignorant!
I can't believe they made Rumple the Beast!!! I was like - I did NOT see that coming. like at ALL! But it's PERFECT!!

That was something I didn't expect either, but it completely fits as he is the Fairytale incarnation of the Devil. I expect that Regina will be behind a tragic loss of love between him and Beauty. huh, I never thought of Rumple as the Fairytale World's devil. psh, regina is behind every bad thing that's ever happened in Storybrooke. Sometimes I feel personally victimized by her! I'll try to read your entry!!! Thanks!

I definitely feel the victimization thing you are talking about. How she antagonizes Emma reminds me of when I was being bullied in middle school. I invented the saying "If something is rotten, blame Rump." for a reason. Every shady dealing, desperate bargain, and overall questionable acquisition of goods and services can be traced back to him. Also, you can predict when he will appear: in a person's weakest moment, i.e. when they are overtaken with longing or cast into doubt; not to mention I'm picking up on fire as his main element, one that is associated with the Christian Devil, and the fact that he always seems to be three-steps ahead of you, even when you thought you thought out your deal so it would turn out well for you, and for you alone.

Oh I'm so sorry. I was homeschooled so I've never been bullied a day in my life so I can't even imagaine...but that's terrible.
You're quite right - seems like Rumple has his hand in everything! But then again, so does the witch! I really, REALLY hope they turn Rumple into a hero!!! I love him to pieces now and feel so sorry for him!! And Belle. Sorry it's taken me forever to get back to you!

I KNOW!!! THEY'RE SO CRUEL TO RELEASE PROMO PICTURES FOR SOMETHING THIS EPIC AND THEN MAKE US WAIT 2 WEEKS!!!!!
Yeah, I know, something doesn't add up with Katharine. She's too nice to hate in the real world but in the fairytale world it's waaaayyy to easy to hate her. I don't get it. personally I don't think Regina planed on him (David) ever waking up from the coma (THANKYOUSNOW!!!) so planning on Katharine's involvement wasn't ever necessary - until Snow ruined EVERYTHING!!! YAY! So if Regina wanted to ruin it for Snow, Katharine had to be sugar-sweet, waayy to nice to hate. Coz then it just makes Snow feel terrible for having feelings for someone she's destined to be with!

And I just realized in this last episode that all David has are memories (FAKE memories) of feelings for Katharine. He doesn't love her AT ALL. He WILL be with Mary Margret eventually, he just needs to stop flip-flopping!!!! Though after the end of this last episode, I got a feeling he's making up his mind finally.

I wonder if it's not a trick like you said-- cuz on one hand, it looks so outta character with Snow White. Snow is somewhat innocent (considering... ya know what I mean... vs. Red and the Witch and all that ) and this seems very confident for Snow Not that it looks 'bad' but just out of character slightly

Yeah, something wasn't adding up - especially with all the other pictures of the episode I didn't use... There's a twist, they have yet to reveal it though. But I really think this is genuinely Snow just...I don't know. WE NEED MORE INFORMATION!!!!!!
