Description Just a little stitch of Kero from Cardcaptors/Cardcaptor Sakura, he's so cute . I didn't have the proper threads so I just used what I had lying around, and finally used some of that sparkly rainbow aida thats been in my cupboard for months . Stitched during the bank holiday weekend.

Pattern from 's amazing website:

Cool Kero-chan -- and it doesn't matter about the colours- use what you have around!!
I did the design for Mojo's site-- thanks for stitching it!!!

Good Job!!

Great job on the patterns btw
I'm so tempted to do some of the digimon ones too

Im stitching a digimon right now --

I want to get it completed this week some time -long as my wrist can handle it. Its all outlined and started putting some of the colours in already. I find the patterns are rather easy and fast to stitch.
I might stitch a kerochan next -- the one of him yelling.
but I have done black cat sprites -- so I might stitch them first.
Just too many choices!!!

Sweet, which 'mon are you stitching?
There's just too mush to choose from on littlemojo's site. To be honest I'm trying to get more done on this massive Heaven and Earth design project but I just get so easily distracted. Especially when I get sucked into a new anime. Once I started watching FMA I knew I just had to stitch Roy Mustang. So he's my project at the moment

Im stitching my NYAROMON digimon because it is one of the smaller patterns. Once I get enough finished pieces I will be making it into a quilt for my son.

But I cant stitch now since I had another accident.(im a walking time bomb!!LOL) I was walking on ice in my backyard -- and it broke which made me fall. I used my stitching hand to brace my fall -- so I wouldn't fall into the puddle that was beside it. I still managed to get wet. So I will give it a couple days before I stitch again. A huge shame it didnt break then the doctor would really have to fix it!! I have been have problems with my arm for about 2 years and they wont do anything about it.

Well I cant wait to see your Roy -- new FMA starts next month and its making my son happy too!!

Happy stitching!!

That's sure to be the cutest quilt ever !
Rotten luck about your hand! It must be so frustrating not to be able to get on with things >.
Cheers, hopefully I'll have it done in the next couple of weeks . I know I can't wait for the new series to start either ^.^

AH, this looks adorable, and for some reason, the stitching looks ultra-ultra-tidy. The Aida cloth you used is spiffy, too! (I love the Kero-chan patterns, but I'm never sure whitch one to make.)

Thanks, and thanks for faving it too :aaw:.
I know they're all so cute! I'm stuck on which pattern to do next too... I really like the black and white L face and the Howls moving castle patterns, but I've got a my really big fairy project in the works at the moment which I should really concentrate on lol. Its just so big that it puts me off though .

missy-tannenbaum In reply to Awenmir [2008-08-28 02:54:19 +0000 UTC]

Ah, I'm doing the Howl project, which is really fun, and the L one, which I have to force myself to sit down and do, even for twenty stitches a day, so I definetly recommend the Howl one over it. I'm killer impatient, though, so maybe a 100 by 100 blackwork piece just isn't my cup of tea. I understand big projects being unpleasant to work steadily on, though. It seems so daunting to look at a big piece after 40 hours work and realize how much is left to go on it, doesn't it?

Awenmir In reply to missy-tannenbaum [2008-08-28 08:04:36 +0000 UTC]

great taste eh lol? Yeah, I bet it gets dull just doing the same colour, I was going mad just doing the Black on Yoruichi's hair! So maybe the howl one would be the best option .

The fairy piece i'm working on at the moment is from heaven and earth designs and its 20 pages long. I've completed about 4 and a half so far and even though I must have worked on it for about 100 hours its still not even a quarter of the way through yet . I just have to force myself to carry on now though, I think maybe I'll complete a page on the pattern and then start on the Howl one . I've worked out its going to take me about 5 years to finish! I don't think I'll ever be stitching anything that big ever again though .

missy-tannenbaum In reply to Awenmir [2008-08-28 14:41:38 +0000 UTC]

20 pages? I can't even imagine how many stitches that would be! It is insane to think that the magnitude of a pattern can go beyond the bounds of 10 pages. o_o I bet it'll be gorgeous when it gets done, though! What count are you stitching it on?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Awenmir In reply to missy-tannenbaum [2008-08-28 17:22:39 +0000 UTC]

I know! Its 264w X 463 high... I had no idea it was that big when I bought it, but luckily there are a couple of pages where there's only about 10 stitches continuing from the last page. The pattern said to stitch over 1 on 25 count, but I'd never worked on Evenweave before so I used 18 count instead. Looking back on it now, I don't think I'd have been able to manage on 25 count - my eyes would have melted by the time it was finished . Like you said though - should be worth it when its done .

I'm so having aida envy - I finally got some gold sparkly aida, but rainbow sparkly aida... how cool!

Awenmir In reply to littlemojo [2008-08-26 22:14:55 +0000 UTC]

Thanks ,

I was going to stitch him on gold aida but it wasn't big enough. I got the rainbow aida from my gran ages ago , but I don't have a clue where it came from!
