Personality:
She's very sociable and a tad nosey, and she likes to keep up with everything that goes on with people.
She has a calm demeanor about her, but with the sudden introduction of working with pokemon she has trouble keeping her cool around them.
With her small voice she often finds herself disappearing into the hustle and bustle of the work place, so she makes up for it by dressing up and always looking her best.

Backstory:
Olivia has always been a quiet young woman, her voice was so small she would often go unseen, sometimes even her parents would think she was missing when she would just be sitting quietly in the backyard fartarsing around doing god knows what.
She was constantly percieved as just shy, but it wasn't so much the case, Olivia loved people, and she loved talking and listening but her voice had always been overpowered by everyone else around her she would fall quietly and contently into the background and just end up listening instead of conversing.
She found a love of dressing up to make up for her shortcomings, it helped her to stand out a little more and get people to listen to her, if only just a little bit.

When a job popped up as an assisstant for the Johto Army General, Olivia jumped straight on it, she desperately wanted a job where she could be around people and work on her big person voice, and she had been given the perfect opportunity working for a man who doesn't like to talk, in turn finally giving her a chance to get a word in for once.
The job was suprisingly easy to aquire, she wasn't aware the man she would work for had intimidated all his previous secretaries into quitting.

She's fairly new to the job, and her insistance on wearing accessories and dolling herself up for work every single day gives Frank a little extra work every morning giving her the pat down and uniform assessment, she most likely will be the cause of a few grey hairs for the man.

Olivia is not fond of pokemon, they just scare her with all the ruckus they make and the crazy godlike powers, and they are a little bit too dirty for her liking.
She finds herself taking care of Franks pokemon from time to time when he's busy and in no need of them, at which times she is overcome with the impulse to give them all baths because they smell terrible or whatever reason depending on the day, which is slowly helping her overcome her fears, but the bigger nastier ones still give her goosebumps.
She has no prior experience other then running away from various bird and bug pokemon that made their way into their backyard when she was younger, her Dad is no longer around to chase them off with a blunt object so she uses Frank as her new shield.

Marl, like Olivia is incredibly quiet, but prefers being that way as apposed to Olivia and her want to project her voice.
She is a little bit of a drag, always moping about with a sullen expression, despite that Olivia was just thankful she didn't get some kind of psycho face biting monster, she wouldn't be able to handle such a thing.
Apon evolving she keeps a shy, quiet demeanor about her, she is ever watchful of those around her.

Opal | Persian | Naive Nature | Limber | Female:

A charming and sweet natured domesticated Persian, Opal enjoys attention and quiet sundays.
Olivia is her favourite person, she tends to stick close to peoples feet as they walk, she probably will be the cause of much office disgruntlement.
Olivia chose to keep her as she was one of the few pokemon that she wasn't too afraid of, a big furry cat isn't so scary now is it.
