Happy International Women’s Day 2024 everyone! A day that evolved from the petition of women’s rights, suffrage, equality, freedom, inclusion, involvement and importance as back then women were treated as second class citizens and not given equal rights, access and protection unlike the males back in patriarchal and very misogynistic societies unfortunately… but that all changed when many female activists and feminists were fighting towards equality and rights then it was decided that both women’s history month and National now International Women’s Day was on March and March 8th where now women can be allowed to do what they weren’t before although it’s not completed we’re still growing for a better and better society and future! Happy International Women’s Day 2024 everyone! And celebrate and appreciate the women in your life as well as wear purple, white and or green to showcase your support!
