Ok um this is me and my friends oc of Ireland hehe um yeah she has red hair green eyes !I do have a different OC of Ireland but I drew this for my friend!
I don't own hetalia
Oh and I got the idea of drawing them in the umbrella from this picture of Rin and Len:[link]
I thought it suited them because of the Irish and English weather !
