Okay now THIS is my best anim to date.

Tried a few different things here, glow effects and more specifically not repeating layers. Well I would use the same base, but like with the hair, I didn't just cycle through three different hair types.
More work but I like the result.

He's firin' his LAZOR!

EDIT: okay slowed it down, it was to fast, even for me, and thats saying somethin.

EDIT 2: entering this in *dark-fantasy 's contest, check it out, maybe you could win.
