What a brave guy, at the feeder in the middle of a raging snowstorm.

This bird is a Dark-eyed Junco, of the white-winged variety. They migrate down from Canada to the north-eastern United States during the winter, and they are adorable with charcoal feathers and white tummies, little white beaks and round black eyes. On the ground, you can see them clearly, but in the trees while it's snowing, they're nearly invisible.
