Hey it is a sort of reference! It was also translated from my sketchbook to digital artwork. Here is Rayne or Ryan, still choosing between the two but for now it is Rayne. He is more or less a Nekojin (or perhaps something else?) with two noticeable mutations for one two different eye colors and the fact he has two irises and pupils within each eye. Beyond that is nothing noticeable or out of the ordinary as far as mutations go. Besides being a good in-field hacker (mental chip allowing such) with decent combat skills with their sub-machine gun and Magnetic Automated Slicing Guided Glowing Yo-yo (M.A.G.G.Y. needs a better name though) which is guided through a monopole directed by communication from a mental control / hacking chip and powered by some unknown energy source can be used to cut through various things with spinning blades. Beyond that is their combat suit, which is basically named the Black Cat meant for speed and durability.
He may or may not appear later in the Space_Satellite Cannon but I’m putting him under said category anyways
Also this is a shrunk down version so it would fit, if it is bad quality I may end up changing it for the real one or putting up some other way for a better display.
