Squall's (or Leon if you're talking about Kingdom Hearts) weapon is really unique. It's like of like a mix between Cloud's sword and Vincent's Cerberus pistol.

lol there is no bullet ppl ... the resonation part is correct ... the explosion u see is the gun powder goin off without anything to propell ... well the blade it self gets propelled over all this is a great wall paper kudos to whoever the true owner is and got to love the gun blade

The bullet wont't go through. It just cause the sword to resonate and thus make hellalot more damage.

No, there is no speed increase, it just makes the sword resonate. That's why you have to trigger the bullet at exact time when hitting, too early, the resonation ends too late and the damage is already dealt and one shot used for nothing

Um... I think you are allowed to put up a desktop screenshot because... so you can put it up for "desktop image" on your DA page. So... I'm sure it's okay. :3
