Woah no. Self harm, suicide etc. is not okay by me. There’s other ways to escape, safer healthier ways that you won’t feel bad about doing. And people doing this shit for a challenge is disgusting. You’ve been given a life, use it. Everyone will touch someone’s soul in their life. Even if it’s just one. You will do something amazing. Everyone will.

I tend to try and find productive and/or healthy ways to deal with depression/stress/anxiety/sadness etc. I like playing music. Writing sometimes helps, but can lead to wallowing which is never good.
