Articzapmewtres.Psychic/Flying type.The twisted pokemon.Ability:Messy DNA or Uber pressure*.
*Messy DNA: can swap types around as it pleases (in this case psychic,fire,ice,electric and flying) outside of and during battle.
Uber pressure: the opponent uses up to four times as much PP when it attacks.
This monster was created by taking the already confused clone Mewtwo and mixing it with the three legendary birds.The resulting creation is now even more vengeful and homicidal than Mewtwo and is said to be one of,if not THE most powerful legendary.
The pose and evil grin remind of a typical DBZ villain

Wow! This is the first time I've ever seen someone attempt to draw Articzapmewtres. It's definitely one of the more iconic "hybrid" PokeGods.
While you mostly just pieced together the different Pokemon to create a composite creature your addition of spikes to Mewtwo's head certainly adds an individual flair that makes up for it.

Great to hear. Lesser known PokeGods have always been a curiosity to me, though I admit I'm generally more a fan of those "fringe" PokeGods that are just about popular but not close.
So any others you have in mind to draw?

Charmewsquirasaur and chartres are two that I'd love to draw.Although I can't even come up with good rough designs for either

Oh, great. Yeah, I can imagine Charmewsuirasaur would be a little difficult since you have so many Pokemon to work from. What you should do is find only one of them to use as a template and add traits of the others. Mew seems like a good template since its name is about in the middle of the entire name and its role in the Pokemon games as the DNA Pokemon. What you'd do is use Mew as a template than you could add a Suirtle shell and so on. That's my best guess.
No idea for Chartres. I always imagine it a brownish color, like it was charred.
If neither work for you, may I suggest Melomagticuno?

Yeah, Melomagticuno would be fairly easy. One of its variations simply said it would take the form of Geodude, Zubat, or Onix, so there's something there. Otherwise I imagine it's like magma!
