Description
Decided to give Niogi a new look. The other one was just too much. wanted him to be as simple as possible.His bio still stands were it is along with his abilities.
Mistake: His right arm sleeve is the one thats supposed to be rolled up and left arm sleeve is down. Too lazy to go back and fix it.
