well first id suggest you get the new version which is linked above.
however, the clock is configured for GMT to sync with the server times.
If youd like to change it, open the config and remove the line

TimeZone=GMT

refresh the skin and it should adjust to your local time.

It's awesome. It fit well with the desktop project I'm working on. Im using ~thyself's awesome EVE suite and just adding a few things to make it look like a HUD [link]

Good job on the color change and yes, I do see it change to red a little after 3am my time, 11am in England I guess, or wherever EVE is based. I don't play EVE, but will start to play DUST 514 on the PS3

CCP (the company that owns Eve and Dust514) is based in Iceland, so the servers are on GMT. Glad to see I'm not the only one to get it to change colors

Ive played the beta for Dust. Great game, very fun.

I haven't been playing Eve Online since Crucible. Is that an actual feature or is that just your rendition of how it should look? Either way I love it.

Its a widget for the Rainmeter desktop customizer. My skin sits on your desktop just like any other clock widget but its set to GMT(same as eve)and it polls the server status for player count and up/down.

However, you should look at getting back into eve in general. Since Crucible, theyve added a new BC and destroyer to every race, are do a very good job of ripping out the tiers (T1 stuff is actually useful again), theyve overhauled the ui to be more friendly/useful, and theyve completely reworked the bounty system.

Yeah, I've been following up on the changes, but my account has been on suspense because I can't afford it yet (damn job don't pay enough). That and I was too lazy to read the ridiculously long set of patch notes for the recent Retribution expansion.

Not at the moment. I'm trying to look for a better job because the one I have doesn't pay me enough to even cover gas.
