Description This was both a disaster and a success. The whole thing came out looking great and then I realized the mouth was too low and she came out looking out like a chimp. And because I had really overworked that area of the paper, not really knowing why it looked wrong, I couldn't fix it without destroying the paper. So I ended up scanning it, and moving things around in cs3. It was here that I discovered how difficult it really is to fix up a pencil drawing in cs3 without losing the pencil texture. So making a suitable brush was quite difficult, and even the I had to use the clone tool a lot. Anyway, in the end, I think I got it right, but even if I haven't, it looks ok to me.
The reason I bothered to fix it, considering the effort required, was I really liked how the hair turned out. I took hair reference from a picture of Nikki Reed playing the character of Rosalie in Twilight, and I think it turned out pretty good.
