It's very beautiful, but her motions look really unnatural. Her breasts look like they're made of air or water balloons. I understand the sort of kinetics you were going for, but her swaying is just kind of weird, like she's moving for the sake of moving rather than with purpose or naturally.
Either way, it's lovely, and I really like the concept. Neo Queen Serenity doesn't get enough love.
