Seen plenty of adult characters in bikinis all over DA. And in less than that. Sounds like someone's trolling you. But Hinata looks gorgeous to me. And perhaps it's just me but looks like the Konoha ga Kure emblem on her headband is backwards but beyond that it's perfect. SHE is perfect.

Yeah, it's considered "sexualizing a minor" AKA pediphelia. It's the fuckiest rule on all of DA, characters like hina here, or Kim Possible, or any other "minor" character in cartoon is considerewd to eternally be a minor according to ther rules, even if they are later shown as an adult.
