Description
Another illustration from my old fanfic, Shadows Part 1. Azula recalls her time in Forgetful Valley just after escaping Zuko and her mother’s cottage, and after a conversation with a vision, sets her sights on a new goal.
Might be my favorite chapter of this story, mostly because this shift in thinking on Azula’s part between the end of The Search and in Smoke and Shadow has been left somewhat mysterious in the comics, and it was interesting exploring one possible backstory on that.
