Made a headband like the one Hikari Netto has on Rockman EXE (Mega Man NT Warrior.)

Bought prom-dress like material (in teal) and used the reverse side of it on the "out" side of the headband, so it still has some shine but not nearly as much. I bought an entire yard to get material long enough to wrap around my head. The Yellow, black and red parts were cut out from "Friendly Felt" and "EZ felt", and used fabric glue to blue the pieces together.

I did NOT make the Lucario plushie who is modeling the headband. I simply did not have anything but plushies to display it properly (looks weird with my current hair, I still need to make a brown wig to go with the headband.)

Hoping HOPING to have it done before Yaoi Con... but if not, that's okay. I still have some missing parts like the black pants and the white sleeved shirt...
