This was so much fun! So this started out as a sketch request for *TenshiNoFuu She wanted her One Piece OC, and Ace being romantic under the stars. So...this is what I drew as a sketch [link] and I really couldn't shade it. I really wanted to color the sky and ocean(cause that is my fave background to color anyways) so viola! Here is how your sketch became a full blown colored digital image. Also I just wanted to paint in Sai...it is very soothing and fun.
First time I have ever drawn Ace, I hope I got him ok. I think both him and Fuu look big...er definetly not skinny, like the way Oda draws his characters. I hope you don't mind Fuu!
Ace is a cool character and Fuu is soooo pretty! I really like these two together. Anyways here be your sketch turned digital colored!
Conversation in my head between these two...
Fuu: Did you know there are enough stars in the sky that one person can have 10,000 to themselves?
Ace: Hmmm? You are the only one that I need!

I'm so happy you liked! I really like the two of them and as I was looking through your gallery I really wanted to capture the romance between the two.
Welll.....I must confess, I really colored cause I wanted to paint the sky and the water...and of course Fuu and Ace! The sketch was so plain looking to me. ^^
I'm so glad you liked the pose, I really worked on it! Though I'm sad it looks like Fuu only has one wing...sorry about that! Hee, I just imagined that they would say that as I was coloring them!

Hee, thank you very much! The conversation was in my head as I was coloring the two of them. (I have tendency to have the characters talk in my mind when I'm coloring...strange I know.)

Thank you so much! I went and saw her. When I first started drawing, I just drew stick figures, so you are really way off than I was when I first starting out! I really like your art style, it is very cute! I recommend to keep on drawing!
