Nope, it couldnt' be because Jupiter and Saturn , along with Uranus and Neptune are not primarily composed primarily by solid matter, but gases. Besides their atmosphere contains methane, sulphur and ammonia, which makes the "air" pretty stinky

Well then, perhaps this is the far future where Jupiter (or another gas giant) now has a breathable atomosphere and solid ground to walk upon.
In that case, a gas giant would be the perfect place for an all-women gym.
