Description
This is my rendition of Sheng Long and what he might have looked like had Incredible Technologies had enough time to include him in Street Fighter The Movie Game (Arcade). I'm actually one of the few people who admit to enjoying that game as well as the movie. The original design for the character that had been approved by Capcom was that Sheng Long was blinded by Akuma so he wears a black blindfold to cover his eyes. A friend suggested I put the Kanji (Uso) on his blindfold as a joke based off of EGM's first April Fools Joke. The kanji means lie, falsehood, or fallacy. The rest of the character's design was based on what Alan Noon discussed about the approved character.
