DESIGN IS MORE OF A FACTOR THAN ART IN THIS CONTEST
Alrighty, now that you're the least bit interested I'll explain what you need to do!
For this contest, all you have to do is design me a technician chu! (A pikachu who's main job would be to fix/build different things!)
Things to keep in mind while designing
-I think I'd prefer for it's base color to remain some shade of yellow, or something close to it. It's not really a rule but it may help you get a better chance of winning
-If you don't add accessories to your design, I probably will (Ex.
