This is really pretty. I love your decision for coloring out a messy background; it looks really cute! And makes your character stand out against it. Great anatomy! Her left eye is a bit too far to the left (by just a few centimeters, really).
I like the shading as well. Especially on her bell. That looks really fantastic. ^^
