-Real Name: William "Billy" Batson-First Appearance: Whiz Comics Vol 1 2 (1940)
At first I wasn't interested in Shazam, he wasn't that interesting of a character until I watched the movie and saw the significance of Shazam. I'm looking forward for his sequel. As you can tell, I took some inspiration from the movie here. I decided to add the Fleur-de-lis on his cape to replace the weird flowers he originally had on his cape, because before France adapted it, it was an ancient Mesopotamian symbol used by royalty or anything important like the Sumerian Fish God. I based his appearance on the movie actor, Zachary Levi.
Shazam Fact: Shazam can share his powers onto other members of the Shazam family which we saw in the movie.
Shazam is owned by DC comics.
