Description
Núneth ("woman of the west", Sindarin; from annûn = west and -eth) was a woman of Andustar, Númenor. She was born sometime before SA 711. Núneth was married to Beregar, they had one daughter, Erendis. Despite knowing her daughter's headstrong nature, Núneth urged her to marry Prince Aldarion and gave her advice over the years. When the elven birds who had lived in Erendis' garden in Armenelos showed up at her parents' house, Núneth divined that Aldarion had left his wife.
